- The "Mobile Occupational Safety and Health Audit Management System" was successfully implemented at Taoyuan International Airport Corporation to establish an "Occupational Safety and Health e-Management System."
- Version 2.0 of the "Contractor Access Control System," which integrates work permits into a mobile platform, was released and successfully implemented at the Land Transportation Division 2 of Taiwan Petrochemical Corporation's Dalin Refinery.

- Developed a "Fire Control Equipment Inspection System," "Mobile Occupational Safety Patrol & Inspection System and "Mobile Stocktaking System".
- Combined RFID with a qateway system and developed an RFID Gateway Management System for Military Use and "RFID Significant Gateway Control Platform".
- Assisted in the reconstruction of industries affected by Typhoon Morakot, supported the development of online marketing for specialty industries in remote areas, and created a cloud-based marketing service platform for the Da Ai Industrial Park.

- Set up an R&D team for the application of RFID technology and eveloped the first "Patrol & Inspection System" with GPS and NFC modules.
- Developed a "Management System for Guided Patrol & Inspection"and applied this system in Taiwan VCM Corporation.
- Developed the "GPS Long-Distance Pipeline Inspection System" and successfully implemented it at the Kaohsiung Refinery of CPC Corporation Taiwan for long-distance oil pipeline and tank inspection management.
2010
- Hon-Tsai Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Kaohsiung and initially offered services to the petrochemical industry, and software design was the main focus of Its business.
- Successfully developed the first gas cylinder management system.
- Used the "Web Integration Platform" to successfully develop and build university websites for all departments and schools, achieving A+ accessibility standards.
