Design Concept
We have completely replaced the traditional “manual reporting” with a “system-automated linkage,” deeply integrating GPS positioning, 3D mapping data, and work permits to thoroughly eliminate blind spots in on-site management. The system uses an automated risk prevention mechanism to ensure that streaming video recording is triggered as soon as a work order is initiated and automatically stops when work is paused or completed, effectively preventing human error. Each segment of monitored footage is precisely linked to the permit number, time, and location, ensuring fairness in accountability clarification. If an unauthorized interruption occurs during monitoring, the system will automatically trigger an alert and push notifications to management, preventing any oversight gaps. For environments with poor communication, we provide an offline video retransmission mechanism to ensure the complete preservation of safety records. These digitalized videos not only enable efficient accident tracing and shorten investigation times but also serve as long-term legal evidence and safety training materials.

System Installation Work Permit
- Listing "mobile photography" as a mandatory requirement for initiating Class A operations, contractors must pair the designated recording equipment before the system allows pressing the "Start Work Permit" button, ensuring that high-risk operations are fully controlled from the outset.
Smart Supervisor Recording and Streaming
- [Supervisor] Pairing video equipment: Scan the QR code to pair the camera equipment; once pairing is complete, you can activate the work permit and start video monitoring.
- [Contractor] Activating Recording Equipment: Scan the device QR code and submit remarks to start recording. Recording will automatically begin when the work order is initiated and will automatically stop when work is paused or completed.
Image and Work Order Binding
- The system automatically links images with work orders, allowing management and supervisors to access the "Work Permit History" at any time to review construction images. This significantly shortens accident investigation time and provides long-term digital evidence preservation and a basis for clarifying responsibility.
Real-time Streaming Dashboard
- The dashboard can display real-time camera footage of all monitored work orders in the current site, allowing the jurisdiction and supervisory units to remotely oversee the work and keep track of multiple high-risk operation points.
- The system is equipped with an automatic alert mechanism for abnormal interruptions. If the video feed is interrupted without authorization, an immediate push notification will be sent, addressing the issue of not being able to have personnel monitor it 24/7.
